jerry_wintersDr. Jerry Winters

Born and raised in Wenatchee, Dr. Winters graduated from Wenatchee High School and then received his D.V.M. from Washington State University in 1985. After a short period of time he took ownership of Countryside Small Animal Veterinary Clinic and took his practice to new heights. He is the husband of Denise Winters and the father of Nick and Ashley Winters. In his free time, Dr. Winters enjoys backpacking, water skiing, and snow skiing with his family.

katy_schneiderDr. Katy Schneider

Graduating with a dual D.V.M. degree from Oregon State University and Washington State University in 1993, Dr. Schneider began her profession as a Veterinarian by providing releif work throughout the Wenatchee Valley. In 2002, she joined the staff of Countryside Veterinary Clinic and has become a major asset to the team. She is the mother of four wonderful children (all boys) and spends most of her free time with her kids, or her animals (2 dogs and 4 cats). In her free time she enjoys scrap booking, reading, children’s sports, and also provides assistance in the classroom, teaching Sunday school.

misti_nuxollDr. Misti LeMoine

Dr. LeMoine grew up in the Wenatchee Valley. She graduated from Wenatchee High School and Wenatchee Valley College before transferring to Washington State University where she completed her undergraduate degree in Zoology and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree. One could say Dr. LeMoine grew up at Countryside; first working during high school as kennel staff, during college as a receptionist, next as a technician and finally fulfilling her dream of working as a veterinarian. She is thrilled to be back in the valley working with such an excellent team and is excited to spend time with her husband Joe, hound dog Edgar. In her spare time Dr. LeMoine enjoys steelhead fishing, boating and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She looks forward to being active in the community and sharing in the joy of our client’s human-animal bonds.

Ashley-PlantzDr. Ashley Plantz

Dr. Plantz grew up in Wenatchee.  She attended Western Washington University and Washington State University, and obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from WSU in 2011.  Since then she has been practicing in Twin Falls, ID.  She is excited to return home and join the team at Countryside.  She is joined by her husband and their three furkids (two dogs and one cat).  In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and going on fishing trips, as well as cooking and doing home improvement projects.

Dr. Ben Harmeling

Dr. Ben Harmeling joined Countryside Veterinary Clinic in September 2018.  Originally from Palmer, Alaska, Dr. Harmeling left his home state to attend Gonzaga University where he earned a degree in Biology.  He later earned his veterinary degree in 2012 at the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine.  After practicing in Northern California for several years, Dr. Harmeling and his family relocated to Wenatchee in 2015.

Dr. Harmeling is married to Sally White Harmeling, an attorney and partner at JDSA Law.  They have three children, two cats, and a black lab named Klaus.  Dr. Harmeling enjoys traveling and taking part in outdoor activities with his family.  He is an avid Gonzaga Bulldogs fan and president of the Wenatchee Gonzaga Alumni Chapter.  He enjoys working with both people and their pets, and has interests in veterinary medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
